Looking back on this experience it is one that I will never forget.  After working with the little dance students this last 2017-2018 competition season for the purpose of my capstone I have fallen in love with the work.  I have decided to be an assistant with Lindsay's classes again this 2018-2019 competition season.  This is experience has been one of many things that has pushed me towards deciding on what I want to do for the rest of my life, open a dance studio and be a dance teacher.  I have grown so much not only as a dancer but as a person through this project.  I have learned new choreography, teaching skills, and costume designing skills that have helped me grow as a dancer.  I have also learned time management and patience that has allowed me to grow as a person.  When looking back on if I would change anything or do something differently about this experience I honestly do not know that I would change anything if I could go back or start over.  The only thing that would have made the experience even better would have been being able to assist with more classes.  All in all, this experience was amazing and something that I will continue to do throughout the time I have left at my dance studio.
